Staff Management

The staff module allows for the management of all information pertaining to afterschool staff as well as external providers and partners. This includes the management of demographics, participation, schedules, and attendance.

  • Allow a staff member to be associated with multiple sites/locations.
  • Link staff members to the sessions conducted by them.
  • Manage database of external providers/partners including organization details, contact information, and locations.
  • Link providers/partners to the grants from which they receive funding.
  • Manage staff and provide schedules.
  • Record and track staff attendance.
  • Allow staff to record student attendance for their sessions or groups of students.
  • Compute hours worked for each staff member.
  • Compute hours for providers/partners.
  • Generate multiple reports on staff and providers.
  • Automatically generate the Fed21APR staffing report.
